All of our venues have a zero-tolerance drug policy. Anyone found to be using and/or handling drugs will be escorted off the premises and the police may be informed.
CCTV is in operation in all Livelyhood venues.
We are cashless, please use contactless and card payments. We do not accept AMEX.
A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to all tables that receive table service.
All our venues are dog friendly.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry; a booking does not guarantee entry
External food is not permitted in venue (apart from a celebration cake) and where an allergen or dietary requirement has been pre-agreed.
Venue management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Guests found to be in possession of illegal substances will be removed from venue.
Venue management reserves the right to restrict or deny access to the venue, areas, bookings or function rooms should they deem necessary on the grounds of safety, security or prevention of harm to premises or persons.
Guests are liable for any damages to venue equipment that occur within the booking time.
At the end of an event or at a time agreed by Livelyhood, the client shall remove all equipment and effects brought to the venue. Livelyhood does not accept any responsibility for equipment or other effects left at the venue before or after an event.
No equipment or decorations are to be delivered to the venue without the prior agreement of Livelyhood. Livelyhood reserves the right to refuse a delivery of such items into the venue.
If you would like to decorate, please do not stick/pin/blue tac anything to our paintwork or wallpaper. Confetti, confetti balloons, smoke machines, glitter and streamers are not permitted as they stain the furniture and upholstery. A cleaning fee will be added to your final bill if you are found to have used any of the above.
Fees may apply for late cancellations and no-shows. For larger groups and on key occasion days for our business, we reserve the right to increase the notice required. This will be outlined in your booking journey.
You may cancel your booking at any time within the Cancellation Window listed below:
Bookings that have pre-authorised £5 per person will only be charged in case of no show or cancel with less than 72 h notice.
Should you cancel with less than 72 h notice, we will claim your pre-auth as a cancellation fee.
In the event that the confirmed numbers in your party reduce by 20% or more without at least 24hrs notice, Livelyhood reserves the right to claim £5 per missing guest.
Deposits are non-refundable.
On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution. In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable
UNDER 18 POLICY
Livelyhood Pubs operates a challenge 25 policy. Under 18s are permitted in venue until 8pm and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over the age of 25) at all times.
Should you wish to dine with an under 18, we kindly ask you to allow enough time, to be finished prior to 7pm.
Photo ID (passport or UK driving license) may be required in order to enter the venue, or may be requested at any point inside the venue post 8pm.
We require a non refundable deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit can be redeemed in full against food & drink preorders or used towards a tab on the night.
Our cancellation policy is 30 days prior to the event. After this time we will be unable to refund, but may be able to reschedule within 90 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.
Functions may be subject to a prepaid minimum spend which must be spent within the duration of the function and is not transferable or refundable.
NON-PRIVATE HIRE BOOKINGS/ SMALLER GROUPS
Non-private hire bookings/ Groups under 30 are not confirmed until a card authentication has been received.
Failure to attend without notice may result in a late cancellation charge.
Our cancellation policy for non-private hire bookings & smaller groups is 72 hours.
We are unable to guarantee specific areas for non-private hire bookings. Venue management reserves the right to move booking allocations where required.
PREORDERS & FOOD
Larger groups may be required to pre-order and/or dine from set menus. Pre-orders must be paid in advance and placed at least a week prior to the event.
We require confirmation of all pre-orders 7 days prior to the booking date. Pre-orders placed after this deadline will be subject to availability. Once a preorder is confirmed, the guest is liable to pay the amount in full either before the event or on the event date. Booking must be paid in full- no invoicing.
Our pre-order cancellation policy is 7 days prior to the booking, including party size reductions & meal amendments.
Only sports booking types will guarantee a view of a TV screen. We cannot guarantee a view of the screen for any other booking type. To ensure the best possible experience and to ensure we are showing the right game, please let us know which sporting match you are coming for.
For busy games, we may implement arrival rules whereby you will need to arrive a certain amount of time before kick off. This is to allow us to manage the crowds ahead of kick off to ensure the best possible viewing experience.
All guests must be in the venue within 15 minutes of the booking time to be guaranteed entry. Guests who arrive after this time, even if members of their group are inside the venue, may be refused entry as we may be at capacity. We cannot guarantee entry after kick off for busy sports events- even if the guest has a reservation / the rest of the table is inside. This is because (& we are famous for!) getting super busy & often times we do reach capacity.
Non-dining bookings are a mixture of seated and standing to create a social area. Please speak to our events team for more information.
We will always try to accommodate seated bookings on as few tables as possible, but we may need to split your party across multiple tables. We will always try to seat your party as close together, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.
We do not guarantee any specific areas/tables, however we do our best to accommodate your preferred area/table requests and the management reserves the right to reallocate areas subject to availability.
We will hold your table or area for 15 minutes after your booking arrival time, at which point we reserve the right to clear the table or reserved area for other guests to enjoy.
We cannot guarantee that outside tables will be undercover.
We will try our best to meet any customer requests however we cannot guarantee this.
GUESTLIST & PARTIES
If you booked under a Guestlist or Party booking type, you are guaranteed entry to the venue at the time of your booking, however there is no table reservation.
The tables available will be on a first come first served basis. If you have any concerns over this, please contact your booking coordinator.
Bottomless drinks are only available when ordering brunch or mains. Price includes drinks only, the cost of brunch is additional. Choice of one drink per person, no swapping between drinks.
Bottomless is a family affair and we ask that the entire table participate. Available Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. Last sittings 30 mins before the end of the session. Please drink responsibly.
Bottomless is not available at all venues and is subject to availability and kitchen times.
