Christmas Terms & Conditions
It’s never too early to get in touch about Christmas however please note that we will always operate within the latest government guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. This means that bookings may change before Christmas rolls around, we will be in touch should we have to amend your booking.
Our Booking Terms:
Bookings must be paid in full on the night. Please note that we are not currently accepting cash.
A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill, all of which goes straight to our hard working team.
We require a full pre-order and payment in advance of your booking using our pre-order system, you will be sent a link to complete this (we kindly ask that you use this link as we are unable to accept excel sheets etc).
Bookings will only be held up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the allocated time so please let us know if you are running late.
Lunch time bookings must vacate the space by 5pm unless otherwise agreed with us. We advise you to pre-order wines and Prosecco with seven days notice to ensure we have sufficient stock
Deposits/payments are non-refundable.
For peace of mind, in the case of being unable to host your event due to forced closure by the government guidelines, you can either rebook for a future date up to 12 months or cancel your booking and the deposit/payments will be fully refundable.
THIS ONE’S ON US: Book your Christmas lunch or dinner Monday to Wednesday to receive three courses for the price of TWO . Valid on the traditional Christmas menu and the casual Christmas feast. Bookings and pre-orders required five working days in advance.
THE MORE THE MERRIER: Enjoy a free bottle for every six you pre-order. Must be of the same of lesser value. Pre-order must be placed five working days in advance to guarantee availability.
BOTTOMLESS BUBBLES: £23 per person in addition to main meal. Bottomless bubbles only available when ordering from the Christmas menu. Bottomless is for 90mins. Entire party must participate.
