Christmas Terms & Conditions

Our Booking Terms:

Bookings must be paid in full on the night or be pre-paid.

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill, all of which goes straight to our hard-working team.

For bookings of 15+ dining with us, we require a full pre-order and payment in advance of your booking using our pre-order system, you will be sent a link to complete this (we kindly ask that you use this link as we are unable to accept excel sheets etc).

Bookings will only be held up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the allocated time so please let us know if you are running late.

Lunchtime bookings must vacate the space by 5pm unless otherwise agreed with us. We advise you to pre-order wines and Prosecco with seven days’ notice to ensure we have sufficient stock


Cancellation Policy 

Deposits/payments are non-refundable.

For peace of mind, in the case of being unable to host your event due to forced closure by the government guidelines, you can either rebook for a future date up to 12 months or cancel your booking and the deposit/payments will be fully refundable.
